1. Agreement to Terms

By using Festisoc's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Festisoc provides auto diagnostic and servicing solutions including engine diagnostics, drivetrain repair, and vehicle maintenance. All services are performed by qualified technicians at our facility in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information and service history
• Authorize repairs before work commences (verbal or written)
• Pay invoices within 30 days of service completion
• Collect vehicles within 30 days or storage fees apply

4. Liability & Warranty

Festisoc warrants all work for 30 days from completion. We are not liable for damages resulting from customer negligence or pre-existing conditions not disclosed. Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made upon service completion. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Late payments incur interest at 1.5% monthly.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% service fee.

7. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We collect contact information for service delivery only.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through direct negotiation. Unresolved disputes are subject to Malaysian courts' jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
